No two people - or journeys - are the same.  I don't believe in a one size fits all, quick route to a healthy body.  It takes time to turn less-than-ideal movement patterns into healthy habits, and we'll use our time to help you build a new relationship with your body.  Your journey with me begins with a full body movement assessment, a thorough review of your health history, and a conversation about your abilities and goals.  As I teach you how to move more effectively and efficiently, you'll learn to monitor your healthy - and not so healthy - movement patterns throughout the day, and make adjustments that will allow greater life enjoyment.

Not only will you begin to notice you're moving more easily, but I'll be with you each step to promote your continued progress, showing you ways to maximize your health and fitness.  We will work together to create strategies and exercises to help you reach your goals!
