Sports Enhancement

Being at the top of your game requires moving with power, precision, and control.  You will receive a comprehensive movement analysis and fitness screening to see exactly how you're moving and identify any faulty movement patterns that could be caused by decreased flexibility, range of motion restrictions, decreased strength, or insufficient spinal stabilization and core control. Pairing this information with input from your coach and any specific goals that you might have, Katie will create a customized Pilates program to boost performance and decrease risk of injury. Your program will be continually adjusted through regular feedback and communication with you and your coach, based on your performance.
